Mise en place d’écoles de formation pour enfants et jeunes, visant le développement technique, physique et humain.
2. Équipe amateur
Création d’une équipe amateur permettant aux jeunes de participer à des compétitions et de se préparer à des opportunités professionnelles.
3. Accès aux contrats sportifs
Accompagnement personnalisé pour faciliter l’accès à des clubs, essais et contrats sportifs, en collaboration avec des partenaires.
4. Projet d’acquisition d’une équipe en 4ème division
Objectif stratégique visant à offrir une plateforme professionnelle stable pour les talents issus de l’association.
